Payment must be ready & paid upfront after given confirmation. If there is no response within 48 hours w/o notice, I will assume your order has fallen through and reopen the slot.

Full refunds may only be issued if I have not started on your commission at all or if I feel I cannot complete your commission.

Partial refunds will be be issued instead if I have already made progress on your commission.

I will not refund you if I have already finished your commission.

I can also work out payment plans if needed! (ex. Paying half for the sketch then paying half for the final product. Both would usually be upfront first.)

I hold the right to deny or cancel a commission from anyone for any reason w/o obligation to explain myself.

I will privately blacklist a cilent from future commission openings should they attempt to find any loopholes, break ToS in any way, cause discomfort, etc.

I am able to post any commissioned work as examples or on social media unless the client requests for their commission to be kept private.

Commissioned work count as digital goods. No physical item will be shipped to you.

If a sketch for a commission has been scrapped, I am able to resell the base/pose sketch itself as YCHs.

I will not associate myself or work with cilents who support or partake in NFTs, crypto, unethical AI image generation, or blockchains.

The client automatically has the right to use their commissioned work for personal use, such as profile pictures, backgrounds, personal prints, etc.

The client may NOT use any commissioned work to generate profit or monetary gain in ANY way. This also includes selling as NFTs or blockchains.

Cilent may not use the artwork at ALL for AI-generated images in any form nor feed it towards AI for similar purposes.

Progress (including sketch & finishing stage) will be sent to the client by default, and other progress can also be sent to them if requested.

If a sketch has been sent and changes are needed, it's HEAVILY encouraged they say something then before the finalized stage is completed. Redlining is completely fine as long as it is reasonably within good intentions.

They may request some additional small edits (colour altering, small oversights, effects, marking additions, etc.) or changes w/ no fee before and after their commission has been finalized.

Bigger changes during the sketching stage (pose redraws, outfit changes, character change, etc.) will be allowed within a certain limit before a $5 fee is charged for any other bigger changes. Requested changes in other + finalized stages will have a fee of $5-10.

The client may edit their commissioned artwork themselves and/or repost said work on social media with proper credit.

The client will receive the full-res unwatermarked version of the artwork.

The cilent can also receive a version without added effects & filters (chromatic abberation/3D effects, blur, noise, etc.) by request.
